Statement of Fact, by Rev. J. Brian Harris, Ph.D., P.E., Wisconsin Professional Engineer:

A FALSEHOOD, REPEATED AS MANY TIMES AS NEEDED FOR IT TO BECOME BELIEVABLE,
DOES NOT MAKE THE FALSEHOOD OTHER THAN A SINCERELY BELIEVABLE FALSEHOOD.

Holding paramount the public safety, doing engineering in, and only in, the areas of my
professional competence, and doing so without deception, I am unable to find any
evidence that the scientific research on the nature of human learning has other than
quite completely unriddled the apparent long-standing enigma of TERRORISM and
MENTAL ILLNESS.

This web site is being built and re-built as I continue to learn. If something is worth doing
well, it is necessary to do it poorly as many times as are needed to learn how to do it well.
When I have more words to put on this web site, I will put them on this web site.

The information on this web site is of the life experiences of one individual person, and
tells only of the life experiences of said person. Nothing herein can truthfully be taken or
construed as of telling anyone else what to believe or how to behave. Whosoever reads
this is politely requested to interpret and understand what is here written according to,
and only according to, the guidance of said individual reader's conscience.

After this web site is sufficiently complete in a very preliminary draft form, I shall be
endeavoring to contact the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation to inform the
United States Government of my bioengineering research finding to the effect that I
soundly believe that I know and understand what TERRORISM is, why it is, and how, in
practicable ways, to apparently eradicate TERRORISM for the rest of eternity.

As a research scientist and as a Wisconsin Registered Professional Engineer, I find that
"religion" is about that which appears important to us as individuals which we do not yet
understand, and I find that "science" is about that which appears important to us as
individuals which we do understand. Therefore, as a research scientist and as a
Wisconsin Registered Professional Engineer, I find that any and every topic of possible
human interest is inextricably of both of "religion" and "science," and that, therefore, I
find, in the public safety interest, working only in areas of my professional competence
without deception, that "religion" and "science" are a single story, the story of evolving
creativity. Furthermore, as a research scientist and as a Wisconsin Registered
Professional Engineer, I find that no "established or non-established or organized or
unorganized religious tradition" has any more or less inherent access to distinguishing
what is true in the scientific sense from what is false in the scientific sense. As a
research scientist and as a Wisconsin Registered Professional Engineer, I find that
"organized religions" include, but are not limited to, such as "Atheism," "Taoism,"
"Buddhism," "The Native American Church," "Secular Humanism," "Nihilism,"
"Christianity - in all its forms and structures," "Islam," "Judaism," "Confucianism," "The
Adversarial System," "Despotic Tyranny," "Communism," "Democracy,"
"Totalitarianism," "Judgmentalism," "Denialism," "Competetionism," "Socialism,"
"Heresyism," "Dominationism," and the list may have no end in sight. The work of this
web site and its underlying foundational research is not allied with any segment or aspect
of the human condition other than the human condition as an unbroken whole. For
convenience, there are, and will be, illustrations from diverse texts, including illustrations
taken from various "Holy Scriptures" of the diverse human faith traditions. I happen to
have been raised in a home which was unashamedly and avowedly "Christian" in the
sense that all that exists is, in one way or another, of the truth of the evolving creativity
that is directly observable at any scale of observation, in every observation that can ever
exist. Were I to use the Holy Scriptures of any faith tradition, I find I would arrive at exactly
the same truth as with the illustrations used herein from the Holy Scriptures from which I
have chosen particular illustrations. All Holy Scriptures are of parables of parables, and
all Holy Scriptures, taken as a whole are of a single parable. What is a parable? A parable
is a story which illustrates the relationship between knowing (as, for example, a fact" with
understanding (as in how something was actually done).

In the work of this web site, all persons have identically equal worth because every
person is perfectly unique in all of forever, of all of eternity, and in all of whatever came
before and comes after all of eternity, and this is so because every person is so
absolutely perfectly unique that no measure of the worth of a person or the worth of a
person's life can ever be measured or even guessed.

I am fully cognizant that giving a police officer false information constitutes Obstructing
an Officer, and is a very serious crime. Because Obstructing an Officer is a very serious
crime, I have exercised profound diligence in testing and re-testing the findings of the
research I have been doing since very early during World War II on human
destructiveness, when my brother, the late Dr. J. Don Harris, kept asking my parents
questions about that war, for it made no sense to him, and even less to me, as I was early
in learning words long before I learned to talk in words. I have known and understood
the nature of this work, on a personal level, since Thanksgiving Day of 1987, when the
essential ideas of the research culminated in a dream in which it was as though I was
able to observe the whole of the universe, from before the beginning until after the end,
with the interesting notion that there is no end which can actually happen.

The findings of this web site are based on the doctoral dissertation of J. Brian Harris,
"Mental Health and Mental Illness: Cause, Purpose, Cure, and Prevention; A
Bioengineering Perspective" (University of Illinois at Chicago, 1998), and on the prior
and subsequent research findings of J. Brian Harris. A slightly edited and somewhat
re-formatted version of said doctoral dissertation may be found on this web site. I find
that "Mental Illness" and "Terrorism" are essentially the same neurologically, in that they
are of the same brain state, which is of thwarted freeze discharges.

The description on this web site is the best I can now do in making an effort to share the
research findings I have thus far. This research is a continuing work-in-progress,
nonetheless, I find that I cannot demonstrate to myself that I am unable to effectively
share what I have learned thus far.

Terrorism is a brain process of a severely-to-catastrophically damaged human brain, the
damage being the result of socialization trauma, which trauma happens when, and
whenever, a person sincerely believes that a mistake was made which could have been
avoided. The research I have done thus far demonstrates why no mistake ever actually
made could have been avoided through any actually achievable process, regardless of
the nature of the mistake actually made or its actual consequences. Any belief to the
contrary is of the falsehood or lie of the Hindu Brahamanic tradition, the suffering of the
Buddhist tradition, the Great Separation of the Taoist tradition, the infant-child transition
or -- as some scientific psychologists have reported -- the infant-child discontinuity
which tends to happen at about eighteen months of age, sin and/or original sin of the
Jewish-Christian-Islamic tradition, Pandora's Box of the Hellenistic tradition, and, as I
have read of the work of Dr. Joseph Campbell, almost every other human tribe or culture.

The belief that a mistake actually made could have been avoided is a mistake about
mistakes of evidently pre-historic origins, and no person now living has any
responsibility for the presence of this belief in contemporary societies anywhere in the
whole world.

Shame signals the presence of falsehood, and the notion that any person can ever
actually be guilty of anything is the Lie of all Lies.

Everyone is actually as innocent as an unborn child can be. So I find.

To eradicate terrorism for the rest of eternity, it now appears that we merely need be
truthful about learning, understanding that it is impossible for anyone to know or
understand anything whatsoever until the opportunity for learning it has been completed.

On each page of this web site are links to another page or to other pages. This web site
is quite incomplete on July 10, 2009, when this web page is first being created. Given the
continuing tragedy of human violence, I have decided to put this on the Internet as well
done as I am yet able to do it. If it is worth doing, it is worth doing poorly, as that is the
only way I understand to go about doing something apparently never before done. I
apologize for such typographical errors as I have overlooked.

This web site is being developed using a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System
computer and is being evaluated using a Macintosh OS-X computer using Mozilla
Firefox. How the text will display with other hardware and software has not been tested.

I am one person, seventy years of age, with no personal assistant to help with any email
responses to this site. I will do what I am able to do with any messages which come my
way. What will be possible, I know not, not yet. As my life continues, learning continues.
