Retired? To do that I need something to retire from, and my last job - running my own tour company - was too much fun to leave and too low-paid to keep. So I'm just shifting a little this year, still running a few tours, but doing a lot of personal travel and trying to write something worthwhile about the incredible people and places I have had the fortune to meet over the past 40+ years. My husband Benny and I call Austin, Texas, our home, but we spend a good part of our time going places. If we aren't packing for an international trip, it seems we are getting ready to take off for a visit with our two daughters and six grandchildren, who insist on living on opposite sides of the country.  Next year - Northfield or bust!!!   Benny and me in Arab garb as we visited friends in Saudi Arabia last spring.
